The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has dismissed the former operator of Kuala Lumpur Tower’s leave application to commence committal proceedings against seven individuals and the government.

Menara Kuala Lumpur Sdn Bhd and its parent company, Hydroshoppe Sdn Bhd, are seeking contempt of court action against the eight for allegedly disrupting the administration of justice amid ongoing legal proceedings.
